Wow, this was a nice challenge! As a yoga instructor, I've started incorporating cardio into my daily fitness routine, and it feels amazing! I'm currently cooling down with Yin Yoga poses to get deep into the joints. I love it when instructors humanize themselves and aren't afraid to make modifications and breaks. We should embrace our limits more and always listen to our bodies!

I'm going to do the work out for 30 days to see the results I love this workout. I take a bit longer to do everything but I'm going at my own pace and still manage to get the workout done. The current weight is 85kg my goal weight is 60kg back to the weight I was before kids 4 years ago. I've got this so far I've lost 15kg. I'll keep you all posted

4th day in going heaps better don't need extra time to do it just going on my knees when I need to now. And when I can't do x plank I do commandos on my knees instead I'm doing alot better than my 1st time doing this. Love this Workout

I tried this intense workout, mind you I haven't worked out in years only been doing yoga for the past couple of weeks, which burned and made me SWEAT! I'll dodge the yoga and jump into this because I love its tempo, and it's so doable, she's so encouraging and engaging I love it!

I have been struggling to lose my tummy fat. I just tried this and I can feel the muscles in my stomach burning. I’m going to do this again everyday.

Fast walking and if you like swimming, freestyle laps twice a week plus Kaylas workouts will give you a toned and flat belly. Do the swimming on the rest days from these workouts. When you are swimming and fast walking concentrate on sucking your stomach in and really stretch your arms out when swimming it will help.

I started body weight workouts 5 months ago and at the beginning i wouldve taken 1 hour to complete this but today i didnt even feel it. This was become way too easy for me.
