Look for government flying club in madhya pradesh it costs 30 lakh for cpl and then I would prefer type rating ache jagah seh karo.. Bcs if u dont do it from good places there's a risk of u getting no jobs phir inshort paisa barbad.. Cpl ka course u can do madhya pradesh seh gov ka hai one of the cheapest.. If u low on money and really wanna still do cpl take student loan 20-25lakh lagakae delhi seh type rating krlo and then join some good airline(you'll need paisa for airline training toh keep that in mind to)

sir If you want to be pilot just for hobby flying then just get a PPL and then do as per your mood and situation. At your age their is no point of being CPL pilot so just be a PPL pilot. For PPL you can get that license under 10L in India.
