Perfect! I love the concept of using just one piece of equipment (e.g., cables) because I do not lose any momentum changing from one piece of equipment to the next.

Great workout and I also am older coming back from 3 major surgeries within a couple years. Not so easy at 66 but I was doing total gym prior to so coming back is easier! Thanks a million!

@@RosalieBrownFit great videos and great routine. At 89 I feel like I have hit the Holy Grail of decent senior workout for the sliding bench gym. I go your lower and upper body workouts. I have been doing 10 minutes body weight squats for a year now and just found your routine when we got the Total Gym about six weeks ago. I warm up with Qi Gong do total gym training for 40 minutes 4 ten minute sessions and tabata rowing or indoor cycling for 30 minutes. Hey what else can a conservative, with a big mouth, and retired do but stay home and workout. My eighty year old wife lets me shop once a week with a tape over my mouth or she hides my hearing aids. So conversation in stores Just kidding. Thanks for your wonderful videos I leave you with this Did you hear about the Skelton who walks in a bar and asks for a beer and a mop? Hi, this would have to be the best overall upper body workout I have seen. Also love that it is a nice 20minute session that is easily fitted into my day. I started calisthenics to build upper body strength but I much prefer this workout as I am a beginner and find being able to have the totalgym at different heights a great option. Do you have a lower body total workout ?

you forgot to put the clips in for safety when you adjusted the height.. Folks don't forget that step it's a critical SAFETY ISSUE!!!!!! OTHER THAN THAT. It was a good video with great instructions..
