I love how she just tells you the workout instead of doing a whole workout. Allows you to get the info and go at your own pace

I am a physical therapist with a doctorate degree and 30+ years of experience. The straight leg raise v-up I think she called it is wrong. Never do any straight leg raises of any kind. It puts too much torque on the L5-S1 junction and the lumbar spine/discs. (If you don't know what that is don't recommend exercises you don't understand.) This is PT 101 and I would be liable if I injured a patient with a straight leg raise. It will make you worse if you have a back problem. Rest of it looks ok. Always check with a health care professional with an accredited degree. Personal trainers are good but they don't have a degree and make errors.

1 yr ago exactly that happened to me .One of the worst times of my life couldn't walk,sit,etc .Needed meds and was a slow recovery,I've never been the same and always frightened it could happen again.This was a result of the gym, i believe, then gyms closed.U have to be super careful and stay away from arching back leaning forward I'm good but arching dangerous for me.So glad you let people know, really,a scary thing.

I love this work out, I was about to get rid of my total gym; not anymore. Did my two non consecutive days for the first week just got a plank day left, my arms are transformed, core is still waking up . . LOVE!!!
