Great workout AS ALWAYS! Ok, Rosalee, I’m having a very hard time getting my husband to stick to the videos. I feel he doesn’t know which one to choose for what day. What I would LOVE for you to do for upcoming videos is, a 5 day workout compilation. So he can say, “alright, it’s Monday, let’s do Rosalees Monday workout!” And this way he knows he’s hitting all the right muscle groups one day while resting another group the next. And this will keep him going with a Monday through Friday workout plan! Love ya girl!!! ❤❤❤

Omg had to repurchase used one as got rid of mine 4 years ago wen moved to smaller place. Nothing has replaced this machine and results! Lov your updated videos., my arms need lots of work., crepiness and saggy skin., hope will help.. whole body needs work over., 62 soon and need to keep on top of everything! You are soooo amazing! Whoo-whoo!! My arms and legs are like jelly! This workout hit my whole body, as you promised it would! Very tough and very effective. It’s so well programmed, Rosalie. I used alternative moves or modified as needed. It was great to use so many of my attachments. And I’m glad you didn’t edit out the blooper! 😂 (I do stuff like that all the time… 🙃) This was challenging for me, which I liked, but how often should I put it in my rotation? Thanks, Rosalie! ❤

I like the “Rosalie’s Recipe for Success” and “The Eat Fit Plan” sections as well. It helps so much to have what might seem obvious spelled out for me. I still appreciate guidance at age 74! @@I.d.a.l.y yes! Rest when needed! Try and challenge yourself so that a rest day is needed. You could Alternate between a total body muscle workout and a Pilates or cardio workout day
