Hi Jared, We did the 8 minutes plank challenge, till we found your 10 minute one. First day it totally killed me and i asked myself why didn’t you do a 9 minute challenge first? 2 days later my wife did your 10 minute plank challenge 3 times in a row with 5 minutes pauses. Then i got pissed off and i also did it 3 times your 10 minute plank challenge with 10-20 minutes pauses. I am 43 years old my wife is 38. Thanks for your good work we are waiting for your next challenge. Kill us! Greatings from the Netherlands.

Good news. I just broke the six minute mark. This is after one month of doing this routine every morning. The surprising thing is that I'm losing weight and getting toned up. My friends have been mentioning the difference in how I look. Great routine. My plan is to continue The eight minute challenge until I hit the eight minute mark and then switch over to this 10 minute routine.

I always did 60 x 2 sit ups for years until my back began to ache. So I started Jared’s plank challenge and my back pain disappeared. I’m 70, not boasting, but found even after the 10 minute challenge I could do 30 press-ups. Thanks Jared. You’ve motivated me. Much appreciated.

Did the 8 minute plank challenge 3 times a week for 2 weeks, then upped it to the 10 minute one today. Totally awesome workout. My core is looking better and my low back pain is pretty much gone! Not an easy workout but so worth the effort. By the way I turned 60 in September so you can teach an old dog new tricks!!

So I tried your 12 minute challenge and I found it’s a bit too much to handle. So I tried your 10 minute and it’s just about right. I love this plank challenge. I add it to the end and beginning of a lot of my workouts (usually about 4times a week )It’s simple moves and works all areas of the core. No need to look for others when this one is straight to the point and a great challenge. I’ve shared it with friends and my son who’s a bodybuilder and he enjoys it too. I do this 'total plank challenge' once a week. This was the fifth time I did this challenge. I couldn't finish the first two times(6/7 minutes), but the last 3 times I succeeded. I never had a gym-membership. I appreciate these videos and are useful for me at home. It definitely helps me get in shape.

I have discovered these planks variations videos not too long ago. At first the 8 min plank was really hard but I stayed consistent and now I am able to hit the 10min one. Basicly I alternate everyday between those two. Results on your body are immediat. I have gained more than weight lifting. Thanks for this.

Made it w/o pausing. The larger motions (thread the needle, marching planks, etc.) are more work, but make the seconds fly by. 12 minute challenge next, after 10 minutes becomes easier. Thanks for the challenges, Jared!!

Hey Jared, really appreciate your work and have recommended your channel generally - but most notably the plank series to many friends and challenged my squash team to get going with 8 and 10 minute ones. I do this 10 minutes daily and have done for months now, and I now add the hip dips to all of the side planks. I always find ways to improve on form and it never ceases to challenge. Done! Love the commentary! I have been writing my own plank challenges for myself and I find it really effective to remain on the same side for the oblique work. I.e. go from side plank pulses on forearm directly into side plank pulses from your hand on the same side...mad burn!

I'm 45 and it seems like once a year my lower back gives me problems to the point i can barely walk.. doctors prescribe me muscle relaxers and that seems to do the trick..but if always been told that usually lower back pain is caused by a weak core..this video seems to help when my back gets sore..I was able to do all 10 min. But I had to stop half way through for a 30 sec rest..this workout is not easy..I'm going to make it a regular part of my daily workout. Thx man ..this helps 👍

Me and my cousin have been doing this challenge for more than 2 weeks and I can hold for only 5 to 7 minutes max. But today, I did it!!! I finished the 10 minute workout!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

Thank you for this! I've been trying it out one and off for about 2 months... both me and my husband love it! This week I've been doing the 10 planks paired with hula hoop session and an easy yoga session every evening and I feel great!

Your 8 minute Plank challenge really helped me prepare for this one, and I was able to complete it.. There were moments where I thought I wouldn't make it but the side planks really help.

I set the daily routine for myself- 10 minutes of plank and then 100 push ups. Today I felt strong and got inspired by the comments- I added 8 minutes of plank challenge at the end. And got it! Monstrous tho, nice job creating those Jared!

I tried it. I hadn't done the 6 or 8 minutes challenges but didn't find this very challenging. I do the slider core workout once a week and find that much more challenging. I will share this with some friends who may enjoy it.
