Let's do this 5-Minute PLANK challenge at the end of your workout!! Trust me, I feel you. It looks easy but I felt like collapsing at the end, haha!! Keep it strong and let me know how long you manage to hold the challenge alright? =)

I've done this workout about 10 times now and today, for the first time, I managed to complete the workout without any breaks, any pause!! Thank you Joanna!!

I am 57 years and after practicing for the 3 years to touch 2 minutes my timing now is 9.15 minutes of elbow plank

Completed it on my first try; surprisingly difficult on arms - less so on core. I’m 61 years old and have been following Joanna for a few years; abs and push-ups mostly. She’s terrific.

I joined a plank challenge and one of the other members mentioned doing this video. I should've never clicked on the link, I'm addicted to doing this every day now! I currently do 9 minute planks and it's not the most exciting thing though I love being able to up time. Doing this challenge is harder for me and I think it's a better workout. The up down planks are a killer, wow!

Adapted this to my ability..I do 3 of the exercises, break for a minute, then the next..break for a minute, next 2, break for a minute and then finish..I’m now 68…Love Johanna’s amazing workouts…They are the “medication” to keep me healthy, strong and energized..

Fantastic. This has helped me so much strengthening the core. Thank you. I only managed 2 mins at the beginning and improving by 10 secs after the third attempt. Progressing slowly and getting stronger all the time.😁

Good job. Core is everything as we age. I incorporate planks in all my warm-ups and cool downs. Your 5 minute version is excellent, I like the variety of movements.

I made it through the video! I curled up on the couch and watched it straight through. No pausing. I'm trying to currently build to holding a plank for 2 minutes. I found a 3-minute plank challenge. I'm going to try that everyday for a week. Then either take a break the following week and continue building towards the 2 minutes or move onto this one or your other 5-minute plank challenge video. By the end of February I want to have done each of the videos for 1 week each.

I stopped many times during my first try. After doing it 2-3x a week for a month with progressive achievements, I finally managed to complete the whole 5min plank challenge! Perseverance 💪

I have been a triathlete and into strength training for 15 years and had pretty strong core to start. I stopped a couple times around 3 minutes in but have now been steadily completing the workout. I like it and can feel the benefits.

Ive been missing out workouts due to studying and stress , but mustered uo the atrength to do some plank challenges and fully completed this. I was close to giving up at some points since it was so late but hearing your encouragement really helped me push through. This meant so much to me and your truly inspiring. Hi! Is this also for men? I am a man and did this along with my mother-in-law. She said it was superwoman workout! It was really brutal :( I did these from my knees but lasted only 48 seconds and my arms completely collapsed :( My MIL did the full 5 minutes without a break and completely on her toes! I feel really low and defeated :(

This is my second time doing it. The first time there were much more breaks inbetween, but the second time I guess I was mentally prepared 😂so less breaks and I am more proud of myself. Thank you!

"This is a little bit more challenging," oh, I love her sense of humor. This is fantastic, though, I can't wait to try it. I'm doing the 30-day plank challenge, working my way up to holding a plank for 5 minutes. Just finished holding it for 50 seconds today. I think I'll do this workout after I finish my 30 days, woohoo! (Assuming I don't have COVID-19.)

After doing this plank challenge many times, today was the first day that I could hold the planks for 3 and a half minutes without going down and pausing... I am very happy about this... Thank you for this awesome challenge! 🌻

Hii mam..hw u..i have done this plank challenge for 4 weeks everyday..my belly pooch got stuck into my stomach..i was not accurate as you..but i tried my best..my abs got into certain shape..now I'm into another ab challenge..that is killer ab..i vl do my best..in this month my abs must get fit and fixed..🙏🙏💪💪✋✋❤️❤️

Hi Joana, I have been practicing this plank for 2weeks now and it have helped me with my lower back pain. I cannot do it continuously so I rest every after 2 plank position. Just a note! It would be nice if you can add pumping music on the background to add some inspiration and motivation☺️

I was able to all the exercise except plank jacks. I did sprinter plank twice. Thanks for a challenging plank routine.

I completed the full plan challenge for my 1st time after only doing other planking exercises the Only 1 I could not complete was the hand moving up and down changing that was hard this is a great 1 thank you
