ನಾನು ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳಿಂದ anxity suffer ಮಾಡ್ತಿದ್ದೀನಿ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂತ medicine ಕೂಡ ತಗೊತಿದ್ದೀನಿ. ಈ vedio ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಧೈರ್ಯ ಕೊಡ್ತು. ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು 🙏

👍🙏🙏🙏 ಆತಂಕ ದಿಂದ ನಾನು ಕೂಡ 2 ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಾ ಕಷ್ಟ ಪಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೀನಿ. ಈ ವಿಡಿಯೋದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಹೇಳಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿದೊಂದು ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲೂ ನಂಗೆ ಆತಂಕ ಆಗುತ್ತೆ. Lackdown ಮುಗಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಸಲ ಬೇಟಿ ಮಾಡ್ತೀನಿ.

I was suffering from panic attack 😭, but it's reduced 70 % compared my previous days .this got almost fixed by meditation 🧘‍♂️

Very nice video. One solution is to reduce negative thoughts to feel better. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. When taking a walk, at office, in school, when reading, before sleep etc observe your breath sensations. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes--Counsellor.

@@maheshhm8731 Develop your mental muscles. Never meditate with expectations but with awareness. Since many years I have made it a habit to observe my breath sensations even during my normal activities and I am feeling relaxed. Anywhere-anytime it can be done with eyes open or closed. The best part is nobody comes to know that you are doing the breath observing practice as there is no deep breathing or sound. Reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Read my msg and do the practice regularly. Best wishes. Sr. Counsellor.
