It's not a bathroom made for a woman's needs. The kitchen is adequate but no more than that. Very mediocre house.

The outside looks like a regular house. The couch looks cozy tucked against the wall, but I don't like the TV being right by the front door. Beautiful kitchen, nice island. The master bath is surprisingly small.

Lovely house. I wouldn't have my TV on that wall though. I'd like to get a shiplap tv wall and a fireplace in the living room. The single sink in the master bathroom is fine and I'd prefer a tiled shower in there with my absolute need...a removable shower head. I love the pocket doors. It's really nice to see furniture in the bedrooms. It gives a really good idea of what you can fit in there. The kitchen is gorgeous and nice size dining area especially like the patio doors.

Love the kitchen! I like the pantry in the kitchen like it is. Yay gas stove! Love those curved shower rails. Is that big L shaped desk really coming with it?

Living room needs more wall and I can see the wall and angle of it and the place would still look roomey but not be so gaping open to the entire kitchen.

I like that all utilities are in one accessible place. You did a good job of opening appliances so we can see them and slowing down the tour so let us really see it all.

No soaking tub is a dealbreaker and those wire hangers as well as the microwave over the stove

Like the home but needs that extra wall built in the living room to block the kitchen area off and a light over the shower in the master and I'd prefer a enclosure around the heater and water heater area. Add a traditional style fireplace either wood burning or gas log in the living room and I'm in.

1 - I would add a half wall to the left of the front door to help delineate the "foyer". 2 - what happened to the pantry? The floor plan showed one in the corner where the lazy susan is currently residing. I was somewhat disappointed because it looked like a nice size pantry. Overall it's a decent home. 😊

Timothy, this farmhouse is very simple to maintain. Its not 🚭🚫 over the 🔝🎩. It has lots of features and designs. Every Room, including The Kitchen, is very appealing. Love the swing on the Front Porch. Reminds me of living in The South. Very rustic like. Love the furniture and the artwork, big closets. Just a super nice home 🏠🏡. The exterior is attractive, love the lazy Susan in the corner cabinet and the fridge. It's nice to have a linen closet in each bathroom. Overall, a very nice moderate size house. Looks like a great buy.

Nice place. I'd want to get a Basement under there, more for the Mechanicals than to expand to. I'd also like the Master end of the house added onto to be able to make the Master Bath larger.
