1 laundry basket serves 16 uniforms (don't forget reception intakes). 2 large ironing boards can fill 4 baskets. 1 washing machine can provide enough ironing for 4 ironing boards. There is 1616 total capacity, so to provide every cell would require 101 baskets, 51 ironing boards, and 26 machines. The wiki says that if you have too many baskets, none of them get filled to be delivered. For labour, "The laundry machine takes 10 (in-game) minutes to wash one uniform (3.3 hours for a stack of 20 to be cleaned) The ironing board takes 5 minutes to iron one crumpled uniform (1.6 hours for a stack of 20 to be ironed)" Addendum: the basket also has a figure of min.20 given for it so the figures given above have a little headroom.

You don't need to get rid off those stuff to place the helipads. Just mark their places by removing the room designations from those bits and the workers will move the stuff around.

On the subject of speed, put running track under the forestry. I mentioned this last time but you might not have seen that when this goes live. You can widen the corridors easily by removing the section of wall parallel to each toilet block because it's redundant. You have a room one side, a corridor wall, the other corridor wall, and then the toilet block wall, so in place where there are 4 walls all parallel and 2 of them are just to line the corridor, demolish them so the prisoners have a bit more room to move. The prison temperature will drop with them being able to space out a bit more.

I would buy even more land, put in 500 parole offices, and then have half the prison turnover every few days.... 😂

I'm pretty sure the issue with the laundry is a bug where laundry distribution doesn't work if there's not an continuous indoor path from the laundry room to the cell block it serves. Saw this on a Francis John video from the past few weeks.

Feasible, but I'm trying to keep distance from deliveries / garbage low as possible. May experiment.

He tried, the issues was them stealing ropes and tunneling. That's why no prisoners in there
