Former Miami Dade person here. In my experience, the Miami contingent of Latinos particularity Cubans, tend to be white aligned when not white identified, and they have had Miami in a totem pole chokehold for decades where they see themselves as above other immigrant communities from the Caribbean and Latin America. They thought their vote would continue to buy them safety and access, through white proximity and holding onto plantation mentality. Miami is culturally isolated from the rest of America. They dont know like WE know, and when we tried to tell 'em, they didn't listen. So now they're in their FAFO phase.🤷‍♀️ Oh well. We in the 92% did our part.
