He has to do the minimum before being eligible for parole. If he misbehaves while incarcerated he can be held for as long as the maximum. A parole board determines if he gets out early. There’s also a chance that the sentence can be reduced on appeal for being excessive.

Poor Ms Leandria, I can't really judge her too harshly because this world has driven me to consume large amounts of edible! They are definitely way worst then alcohol I must add. Fortunately for me, I only choose to partake in those "treats" at home when stressed about not working. However I remember when I was Drug free for most of my life and dealt with stress without any substances. life is getting heavy for everyone around the world and I can only imagine its very heavy for her as a gospel singer.
