My mother was on an all liquid diet for two weeks before and after her surgery. Two weeks after she was able to add soft potatoes to her diet. I fixed this and it came out perfect, she loved it. Thank you for this recipe.

You can use instead of whipping cream milk with corn starch to make it thick and creamy

very nice recipe! easy and tasty just 2 observations: you dont need to cut the onion so small if anyway you are gonna blend it and you could start frying directly in the pot and avoid the transferring from a pan 😅
