I don't know how anyone gets through the loss of a loved one without the comfort and peace that comes from Jesus Christ who made it possible to see them and be with them again. This song relays that message so beautifully through both words and music. I'm so looking forward to catching up with my Lizzy-girl to hear all about her life in the Spirit World while we've been apart! I know I'll see her again! I'm so grateful to Jesus for this cherished gift!

Last year I lost my sister and best friend. I miss her dearly and often think of stuff I'd tell her or that'd she would think is funny. What has gotten me through it with relative ease, is my knowledge of the Plan of Salvation or Happiness. I'll see her again with a connection that was far greater than what I knew in this mortal life. Grateful to my Savior and Heavenly Father 😊

Thanks so much for sharing your testimony sister! And for both of you singing your testimonies as well! I, too, lost a sibling a younger brother and there are not words. For me the only way to make sense of that loss is through Christ. That He is the only way that it can be made right. Thanks! 🙏

@@williamfindspeople4341 and those commandments or covenants, we gladly keep as we show the Lord, it is His will, not ours, that we will abide. For He loves us more than we can comprehend! His love for us surpasses all we know, all we can imagine. The sinners that we are, He stretches His arms out to us because He loves us and when we lose our pride and repent, we will one day be embraced and experience the greatest love of all. For you see, He loved us first

I actually knew Maddie. We lived in the same apartment complex at BYU Idaho. She always seemed so kind, understanding and friendly! It makes me wish I had gotten to know her better before I moved away and she passed on. This video is beautiful. Thank you so much for your faith :)

I am sorry for your loss. Beautiful sorry . I lost my best friend very unexpectedly from a sudden unknown cause (to me) less than a month from my husband’s fighting cancer. It was hard. But I got through it. We all do. We come out with memories. I’m not looking for sympathy. I want you to know someone walks with you, and in the poem when you only see one set of footprints it is then that He carried you through troubled times. I put on my husbands grave that he was “Called to Serve”, I want, “God Be with You”. I really wish that. Thank you for sharing.
