Look at you! In the snow, and in shorts!! I'm way past due for my hill repeat workout. I like the idea of setting up the camera so I can see my form. I'm positive it needs much improvement.

Ugur - hill repeats are one of my favorite workouts! Agree that there are so many benefits. Nice way to finish strong on the last rep!

Snowing everywhere, today was not even possible to run here, too much, yesterday was kind the same like in your video. Strides uphill are really a great training for the strength. Well done buddy and thanks for the video!

Good advice Ugur. This would explain why you are so fast. Also training outdoors in crappy weather only makes you stronger (at least that is what I tell myself, lol)

I have my first hill repeats workout next week. I'm trying to find the perfect spot. What would you recommend as far as length and grade for hill repeats? Did you start on a flat before the hill on on the hill itself?

I started on an incline, with a 90m elevation for around 150 metres of 6 repetitions. It was a steady incline for this workout
