Perfect blend man, great job, i can't really comment on what i do to help my blend I've only used solvent base coat about 5 times in the last 20 years, but I've been having issues with pastel greys in water base so what I'm going to take from this video is I'm going to try the transparent binder that on my system thats used for pearl coats and mid coats and mix that 2-1 with my base coat to see if it helps with the transition when blending them, i can always see where I've painted pastel colours in water base its a pig, i can't use my blender coat and mix it with the paint as its not part of my systems tinters so it won't mix with it, its a different type of material. @thetriggerman9544 ай бұрын
Yes John there is a color chart that tells you which color primer/sealer is best for that particular color. You should be able to get one from your local paint distributor or even get one online. They usually have the chart on the walls in mixing rooms. My shop is so old so I haven't seen one in almost the 12 years I've been here. But I remember most of them. Also the BRGY paint wheel that helps you adjust colors I have all of that memorized. I'll scroll a little online and see if I can find you a chart or something. ❤️
