Miko's a bit of an average character both with her projectiles or melee attack not being better than the other. However she above all else has one hell of a unique urban legend that'll force you to really rethink your strategy when using it.

You know, both Miko and Byakuren acting like actual leaders trying to solve the problem in their own ways is totally different from back in HM, where they were posing and strutting their stuffs trying to gain popularity

korohacker In HM Miko and Byakuren knew something was wrong so they start to research even one of the battle of both stories is Miko vs Byakuren and depending in the story they say to each other that they will let the other one to solve the incident like in Miko story Byakuren let Miko solve the incident while in Byakuren onr Miko let Byakuren to solve, they knewy something was wring but didnt knoe ehat until Mamizou tell them

Also, about Miko's urban legend, the restroom version, the way to avoid the deadly endings is to just refuse the offer and say something like, "It's fine, I have enough paper." Weird how some of the most terrifying ghosts can be dispelled in such a mundane fashion

i like how Byakuren and Ichirin are just trying to see what the balls do, while Miko is actually trying to solve the damn incident and then reimu and marisa are just waiting for their chance to do things, and purposely losing their orb whenever they get reshuffled

To be fair I wouldn't really expect Miko to just blindly go around trying to solve the problem, I thought she would be more strategically but ok, Byakuren and Ichirin also do something that just leads nowhere but I'm still wandering where did the buddha statue Byakuren put the occult ball in went, I mean by her trying to discover what it does they found out something about the occult balls.

The statue likely was transported to where sumireko usually is considering that happens for all of the fighters that did get summoned to the outside world.

By default Miko's "Taoist of the Land of the Rising Sun" spellcard fires a giant yellow laser, if you have either red cape or blue cape active and use the spell it turns into a dark laser, does a bit more damage and de-activates your red/blue cape(iirc).

You got the name wrong. The SC used is Tradition of Just Rewards, the only SC affected bt cape. You got the effect right, though. The SC deals more damage if done after a cape, and will dispell the effect. Still works on 15.5, and it's even more broken. Best combo with this SC can reach 6k Damage

Woohoo! It's the Miko episode! At first I preferred the buddhists but after seeing more of the canon dialogue with both Miko and Byakuren I have to say I definitely agree more with Miko. Plus I wasn't too into her design but that cape really pulled everything together. Which side are you guys on? Nicky Sztybel Miko all the way , i like her way to solve incidents like in HM she try to make a new mask for Kokoro and here try to research the occult balls with a plan , while Byakuren was like i will solve it with BUDDISM and more that Miko looks awesome in this game

Yeah I don't necessarily agree with eithe one entirely but to me Byakuren just comes off as a massive hypocrite considering how often she gets into fights. Not to mention that youkai by nature can't really become buddhist and it's dangerous to try.

Feel free to remind the controls of Miko’s occult attack, but in my experience you can manipulate what you get. It depends on the direction you press when using it. I prefer shot

Against PC, maybe. Against players, they choose. That's why playing Miko requires knowing how the cape works in both sides.

Dreel The Fantastic Lion Yeah , Koishi is the worst to fight in the aracde mode and more in overdrive.like lets say Reimu: can be hard or easy depending how she feels. Marisa: spam with Proyectiles and Strong up attack . Kasen: Very easy Ichirin: Unzan fists are a bit annoying Byakuren : easy Futo: Plate spam Miko: easy Mamizou: easy but down attack spam Mokou : she is one of the two final bosses so she is difficult and more when she is always surrounder in blue flames so attack up Sukuna: very very fast Nitori: easy enough but she can use her spellcard that is annoying Kokoro: a lot of range with the Nagitana and Fans Sumireko : final boss and very hard , remember her spellcard that you can choose? She has all of them without using spellcard and every attack is duplicated like the crowbars or the water Reisen: she will spam proyectile but easy enough . But koishi, is just very difficult, she spam her dash with her dash , no she spams everything and those lines she make that activate when you get close is annoying and more her urban legend, she alwasy have super ego and that doesnt help when she activate it at the start of the battle so you dont knoe when she will activated

I just complete touhou 14.5 for ps4 and this help me , miko cape was weird because when i play it it was in japanese so didnt undersrand what it say and i am very sad that my first continue was in the Miko vs Byakuren battle , i hate that motorcycle , also i know you havent get there and that the next one is Mamizou but how does Mamizou occult attack work? And how the heck does Koishi works ? She jsut attacjk when she wants to. Now for information, so how many money does Miko have that could pay Nitori and i am pretty sure Nitori sale theme very expensive , also is sad how Sukuna has been a fourth stage boss in this and sumireko story but she never has a third spell

With Mamizou you use A+B to have her throw her gatchapon, but then while it's on the field you press forward+A+B for it to actually open an an alien come out to attack your opponent
