if I were to rate the dangerous patterns from most threatening to least it would be:
1st spell » yellow rice spam » 3rd spell » midboss » blue rice spam » 3rd non
yellow rice spam is ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE and it has no right to exist its so ????????????? - you can try to speedkill a few yinyangs but in the end it still becomes one of the biggest threats
midboss is weird and annoying
rings are static - I highly recommend learning them when you are at bottom right corner. after 5.3333 secs whenthe first mentos was fired, some of them will be vaguely aimed at you, this is why I follow the yinyang until it reaches at the bottom - it seems to give good gaps
oh and also a bonus, you can hug the right side and move up if no mentos is in your way when you are at bottom right corner - its so convenient!
blue rice spam actually has a logic to it unlike the stupid yellow one
spawnkill the spirits as best as you can ON ONE SIDE. do not switch sides, it will get worse - at least for reimu
ignore the fairy in middle and be as slow as possible for the aimed part
the boss is ridiculous
1st non get through the yinyang crisscross only once. watch out for the mentos
1st spell pray - literally just avoid the big yinyangs at all costs (microing smaller ones is infinitely easier) and hope you dont get a horrible wave - oh also it helps if you can determine whether you need to stay high or low
2nd non same as first one except staying close to the boss is risky so you have to go through each crisscrossing yinyang ring 3 times.
2nd spell this one is actually fair
... is what I would love to say but not sure
its actually very doable - dash through the gap and then move to the side that boss didnt move for better gaps
unfortunately I got a wave where the big yinyang ring was so tight even with this strategy - I am not sure if it was a wall or not but I did not see a gap. I just hope I am wrong about this
3rd non is tough. look a bit up and see where droplets are gonna fall
3rd spell ughhhhh
look up and see how the big yinyangs move - avoid them at all costs. they move horizontally too so beware - and small yinyangs arent exactly easy to read either
