Well, how many humans does she really know? Reimu is a Hakurei and not just any Hakurei, a special one that developed the spell card system to reduce the mortality rate in Gensokyo so, Yukari might prevent her death. Marisa will probably become a Yokai Magician probably. Sakuya is older than she looks but not biologically. Idk any other humans Suika might know.

Cuz Suika has the most sad backstory of any Touhou character. I can shorten it a little. There was a time where oni and humans lived together in peace. One day Humans killed the oni. The Oni banded together on a sacred mountain to defeat their traitors. They were led by 1 Great Oni who designated 4 unstoppable generals. Shuten Douji and the 4 devas of the mountain. The humans cheated and won. Shuten Douji fought a war with his friends to kill his friends. In the end he lost, but he proved a couple things. There is no youkai stronger than Oni and Oni never lie. Suika is Shuten Douji. Another note in IaMP. Suika started the ritual of Pandemonium. Something that would have turn gensokyo into hell and killed everyone in it. The only reason she didn't was for 2 reasons. To Honor the one human who never lies and She loved Reimu too much to kill her to complete the ritual. Because Reimu reminded her of the time when Humans and Oni were friends. Because Reimu reminded her of the time when both Humans and Oni never lied. Broken Moon refers to the betrayal of humans and the ritual of pandemonium.
