The animation quality is top notch here. The fact that Marisa and Reimu’s hair and clothes were animated while they were moving around freely during flight is really impressive. Getting something like that to look natural and also smooth takes some serious work

This was just amazing and was so worth the wait, I’m just gonna go through a few of my favorite parts. Love how Reimu’s voice and face pretty show she doesn’t care about any of this and also her sitting down is nice to see. The “Red Mist” being the Suicide Squidward creepypasta was an unexpected surprise (laughed probably when I shouldn’t have). Speaking of voices, everyone voice matches to their characters, especially Marisa’s and Cirno’s (which I pronounce as “Ker-no”). I also like how Koishi’s just vibin in the background and Suwako’s suffering from frostbite. Lastly I enjoyed that Daiyousai got some screen time and that Rumia went through and existential crisis.

Just everything, from the humor, the voice acting, the ZUN-like artstyle, the action, it's just a really fun way to explore Touhou 6's plot. I know this took about 2 years to make, but I am really looking forward to episode 2.

The way you kept the ZUN artstyle for the characters is actually really amazing imo, no offense to him but I never really thought it could be done reliably as anything other then the still portraits that he has for characters
