I can see 55 E Monroe and I never see anyone out on their balcony 🤷🏻‍♀️. It’s a nice building but the unit I saw there was to high. I’m on the 15th floor and that’s high enough. I like that the unit shown at Mila is on the 8th floor. That’s more to my liking.
