If I only had a couple million dollars. It's very nice but unfortunately lacking a balcony or outdoor space. Love the expansive sunny windows for natural lighting. The black/white kitchen cabinets is a nice accent. Your presentations are great.

This is definitely overpriced. There are bigger lofts with better fittings available in that neighbourhood at same price range. There is nothing unique about this loft: 10-foot ceilings are typical for lofts; the appliences are not really top-of-the-range (Miele is good but not great); the marble slab island is a-dime-a-dozen; walk-in showers are no big deal - every "luxury" apartment has them; and finally, no windows in any of the bathrooms, no walk-in closet and both bedrooms looking at brick walls! The $4 million dollars could be better spent elsewhere.
