John, The builder actually included weep holes at the base of the brick, usually overlooked in new brick veneer construction. The primary bedroom is good. A little more room for chairs and. perhaps a settee. The use of Calacatta marble tiles in the primary bathroom is also good. Unlike Carrara, it is not easy to vein match, but it is more dramatic. Having lived in Nashville for 21 years, I know that many of the homes were Craftsman bungalows, Eastlake style, and the brick Cotswold Cottage with the Romanesque Tennessee limestone arch entry way that is across the street. They more than likely will be few and far between in twenty years. Your target client will probably be from the northeast. Someone who appreciates vertical living and little yard work. Security, not more difficult than any other type of house in any city. The buyers will know what to do and how to do it. Other than that , good luck, and continued success.
