I had to smile a bit after you pointed out that guests can use the toilet without having to go into the private bedrooms, but shortly after that you show the terrace and I can't get my guests onto the terrace without going through a bedroom. This means that the great advantage of the toilet from the beginning has evaporated directly. :D But beside of that: a very lovely appartement :)

Great question! Elevator is programmed for 1 ride only and only programmed per key fob

What a STUNNING unit but OMG that kitchen has NO STORAGE! Great to have German appliances with 3 ovens but no place for food or pots and pans? Is the kitchen really just for show? It’s a beautiful place but I’m not a fan of the bathroom so close to the dining table. It should have a door that faces a little hallway and not the dinner guests looking straight into a bathroom. Other than that it’s a beautiful place.
