Exactly, this is what ALL house tours (in video or in person) should be like. The tour should meander through the house, show all four corners and walls of each room. You'd stop to focus on details and features that make the house special/unique inside and out. Even including info on the surrounding communities and what they have to offer, if you decide to buy, is part of the tour IMHO. Because most of all you are trying to help the buyer paint the picture of he or she or they living in the house and making it their home. So, talk your talk, my guy!!!

This is a wonderful home and beautifully staged. As far as the bathroom, keep the tile floor (no carpet 🫣). Wonderful tour with clear and informative commentary on your part. Thanks and take care!

It’s nice to see a home that has a separate entrance for the secondary bedroom closets instead of being in the bathroom. Never knew why that trend started. It was not the norm in the 80’s, 90’s or early 2000’s.

I really enjoyed this delicious tour of this single story house!!! Great color palette, very nice features, and I love the wall moldings and coffered ceiling in the living. I do wish the utility room was a little bigger, but it'll get the job done. Also, I would've liked to see epoxy floors in the garage. Love that they considered the overall architecture of the house inside and out!!! I'm kind of side eyeing those cabinets and drawers not being soft close in that price range, but I'll show mercy.Marcus, my brother, let me help you out with the Porte Cochère pronunciation: (Port Co•Cher) or, as the French/Louisiana way would say ( Port•e Co• Cher). Judgment time: I grade this house........10/10.🎉 I absolutely love the house. Great video Marcus!!!!

Hi Marcus & High Vibrations!! I personally feel you do an Excellent Quality job of Showcasing both the Exterior & Interior of the Model Homes here on your Channel, and love it when you do a (Pan View) 👍 The only thing i may suggest if i may, is, if you can make mention are there (HOA) FEES associated with these Properties/Gated Communities. I personally would prefer to not have any HOA fees, but it might be that Perfect Property that im in love with, but then find out that it also has HOA fees, not persay a deal broker, but, it helps to know if it come with those fees. 😊
