Love the kitchen not a fan of the flattop stove and where the refrigerator is cause it's a top notch screen fridge and that should be seen Not a fan of the primary bathroom hate where the tub and shower is but I do love the closet space..and the room off the kitchen is a Pantry without shelves lol

Am I the only one that noticed the second bedroom you went in upstairs did NOT have a closet??? Sorry but I find the upstairs bedrooms and the master bath to be too small for 2.5 million.

this was nice especially the layout of the the counter space, the refrigerator in an awkward spot... maybe its just me but all the finishes seemed on the cheaper side...its like the layout was great but they skimped on the finishes as though they think we couldn't tell

Great floor,plan. I think the white paint on the kitchen cabinets they chose is too cold. They should have gone a warmer white. Not a fan of this home in the finishes. The dining room with that awful shiny grey looks like it is from the 80’s, the kitchen cabinets don’t go to the ceiling and look cheap., the black fridge should have been an integrated fridge. The shiny faux stone looks cheap as do the faux marble porcelain tiles in the bathroom. Having said all that, the wood floors are lovely.

Ooooo Marcus!!!! I’m so disappointed with this one especially in Murfreesboro!!!! The finishes destroyed this house!!! It gives basic, cold, and commercial vibes!!! I could one give this one a 1/10 for the space and a few things I did like, but for the price I was expecting farrr better quality and results!!!

The only advantage of this house is that it is big. I didn't like the layout (especially the second floor) and the design at all. The backyard - why so much empty land? To breed cows or goats? There is a barn there. But neither you nor your neighbors will like the smell of manure. For 2.5 million, the developer put in a large but ugly kitchen, couldn't lay tiles in the bathrooms up to the ceiling, there are a lot of storage rooms of unclear purpose - a hamster house. To finish this house up to scratch, we'll need a lot more money.
