Otay Marcus!!!! I must say I really like this one. There are a few things I don't like, of course, but not bad at all. I'm not a fan of high bar counters in the kitchen, but the kitchen is done so that I'll let it slide. I'm just curious 🤔 if the drawers and cabinets are soft close? In the primary bathroom, that tub is akwardly positioned. I would personally extend the primary bedroom out more (about 2-3 feet) to create a nice sitting area. Those granny floral chairs in the living room are quite heavy on the eyes with the sofas. I would've done more of an open chair to give the space a lighter feel. The exterior is very nice and I personally would've done the gas burning fixtures in lieu of the candles lit ones to create a more intimate lighting atmosphere at night. Great home Marcus!!!!! I'll grade it 9.8/10. I really hate that barn door, but I'll pretend that it isn't there. Also, I love how they use the sage tile throughout to reference back to the kitchen and bathrooms. I approve!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
