It's all so beautiful! This year, I grew a white thunbergia with that dark purple center in a similar teepee. I planted mona lavender plectranthus at the base. This plectranthus is so easy to propagate. The back side of its leaves ha s the same black purple color as the thunbergia. For the trailer, I used creeping jenny that drapes around the whole pot.

This is just a suggestion I would like to make cos the outcome is self tested and found to be 100% sucess. Whenever you're out in your Garden, ALWAYS be totally barefoot because our soles love and deserve that freedom. They love to feel various textures of soil between their toes. Apart from n it's very healthy to be barefoot outside. Take for example two plants, one grown inside a pot and tge other grown in Nature. However much you water and use fertilizer, it never looks as healthy as the latter. This is simply because the roots have a limited space to stread and the Nurishment too is the same. The soles of our feet are like the roots of a tree.When you're not barefoot that natural process is obstructed. Our soles are designs to absorb things which are essential to lead a healthy lifestyle. However, use of footwear deprives this process. Apart from that there are a large number of Sensors / Nerve endings on the soles of our feet, which connects from head to toe. When we walk on Sand, Gravel and Tiny Stones /Pebbles,our entire body gets stimulated through these sensors. Once again Footwear deprives this natural process. So, go barefoot always for good health and happy feet and soles.

If you leave your Banana plant in the ground, how do protect it over the winter? Mine died and we are in he same zone.
@heatherhereshegrowsАй бұрын
Hi there! If your banana is musa basjoo (hardy banana ) it has a chance of overwintering in place. Mine is located on the south side of my home out of the way of the northwest wind and protected by the house. I cut it down after frost hit it then covered it with a layer of compost and about two feet of leaves corralled by chicken wire. If you look through my videos, you’ll find the video I did on winter protection.
