@@YalaniConteh-fz2dd Godrich is also a perfect location. The only reason I didn’t add it is because it isn’t “Technically” within Freetown’s City Limit . It’s in the western area rural. But it borders Freetown. So yes Godrich is another top tier real estate location.

@@YalaniConteh-fz2dd with that being said, I think it’s well overdue for godrich to be annexed to Western Area Urban-Freetown Proper. I wish our politicians would stop fighting over trivial nonsense. There are large, untapped, tax basis that the municipality of Freetown can benefit from if they just simply annexed.

The house is very beautiful as u said but I was in Sierra Leone two months ago, what discourage me is the lack of electricity, water, and order. I have the impression that everybody is doing what he or she wants to do and in any where. There is a lot of markets. Everybody is selling , what I don’t know. The streets are congested with people who are selling all sorts of things and when they finish they left all the dirty things aside. There is a lot of sun why are u not promoting the Solar System. I like Sierra Leone but…….

I am very impressed with the mindset of Sierra Leonean's now in the real estate industry. The only problem i have is with the finishings. I don't understand the concept. of the house it's too scatted, no , master bathroom and bedroom, nothing to wow me . Maybe because am a builder myself. Freetown has always been known for huge mansions, so I don’t know who said Sierra Leoneans don’t build their country. It is a false narrative. I am a Liberian, but I grew up around Lumley and Juba hill, so I know mansions when I see one.

@@hojagaye3551 in this video the narrator was specifically referring to houses as in building a country. However, being to both countries, I chose infrastructure in Freetown over Banjul or Serekunda. Freetown is mountainous so roads are very narrow.
