 On an unrelated note, I’ve run my own retail store for quite some time now, and the one tip I can give you is that you should definitely implement some sort of customer loyalty rewards system in the near future. Customer loyalty is super important when you’re competing with other stores in your area. 

In our case, customers received loyalty cards where they could get 10% off any future purchase at our store. You could maybe implement consumer benefits for members of your KZbin channel, or even produce gift cards. Also, spider plants are super easy to propagate. Keep a plant in a large pot with soil and they’ll produce dozens of baby plants along runners which you could pot-up in an inert substrate and sell off in the store.
