Though the question was directed to Ekow I guess I can provide what I've understood about the project. From my understanding, a percentage of the land is also reserved for Ghanaians so as to encourage the development of a culturally integrated community, so I believe it would apply to you also. Don't take my word for it though.

Free Land? You can only own land for 50 years for foreigners and 99 years for Ghanaians Born in Ghana, so as a foreigner, what happens to my property after 50 years is up?

Nothing happens…it is yours forever…As a Ghanaian I have never heard any land was taken away from someone after the lease is up. All that I will tell you is don’t mess with any government land and you will be okay. Even when you pay to re-lease the land again it is something very very small.

@kojo: you're kidding right? Ghana and Europe are all complicit in the slave trade. Europeans profited from it. Likewise ghanaians! This is our own atonement and reparation. The land is mainly for our brothers whose parents and great great grand parents were sold into slavery by ghanaians and bought by Europeans. So go get your land somewhere ok?
