TOUR OF TUSCANY | Monteriggioni, Siena, and San Gimignano in a Day! Italy Vlog, Day 6

We’re taking a tour through Tuscany, spending our day exploring the beautiful hilltop towns of Monteriggioni, Siena, and San Gimignano!
Our day starts in the tiny, Medieval city of Monteriggioni, home to only 50 people inside the old walls! We make friends with the local cats and buy handmade leather goods at a local store before making our way to sun kissed, Siena. Siena ended up being our favorite city in all of Italy! We loved the winding, hilly streets and delicious, traditional food. Come for the historic horse racing but stay for the hand-rolled gnocchi. Our last city of the day was San Gimignano. Home to 14 towering, stone towers, San Gimignano is know as the “Manhattan of Italy”. From it’s Medieval history to the blue ribbon gelato, San Gimignano is a true gem! Make sure you stop and grab a dish of Santa Fina gelato on your way through. Our day ended with a Chianti wine tasting at the Torciano Winery, where we sampled six different kinds of Tuscan wine grown right in their vineyard. If you ever get the chance to go, I hope Leo is there to guide you! He was amazing!
