I recently found your system (and am super excited to utilize it). I set up a subscription but don’t appear to have access to the video library. I have some questions about the pace information and can’t find anything to help understand that part of the interface (ie, 37% more pace vs. a distance pace, for example). How do I get access to these getting started videos even after subscribing? My about page only shows my active subscription and “By creating a free account….”

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. If you can send me a dm on Instagram or an email to our support team we can get it sorted. The % of pace refers to the difference between the pace you need to hit the putt as it compares to a flat putt of the same length and green speed. For some people it’s helpful to know that an uphill putt is say 20% more pace required.
