This is amazing. I’ve used the same putter the past 20 years. My Grandpa and Dad always told me it’s not the putter it’s the one doing the putting. Best advice I’ve ever gotten on the course. The read is most important.

@@BadenAW that wasn’t even a thing when I started playing, just adds to the list of things to have on your mind IMO. I get what your saying though. I prefer a two ball putter Vs. A traditional style one but either works for me. I do think having good equipment is a great thing to have, even fitted now a days but once you have it dialed in there is really no need anymore to switch anything up. Technology is pretty maxed out now. Maybe more consistent driver or woods every 5 years but irons can last a long time unless you wear the groves out. Even then you could have them refinished if you wanted.

'My Grandpa and Dad always told me it’s not the putter it’s the one doing the putting' Yeah that's some terrible advice right there 🤣🤣 I used the same Odyssey blade putter for nearly 10 years and was terrible with it, just assumed it was me being naturally awful at putting....but then I got fitted for a TM Spider a few years ago and I've been putting so much better ever since, night and day better, the mallet style suits my stroke 100%.

I could be wrong here, obviously, given the amount of "pshaw, this is TOO EXPENSIVE" talk in the thread, but...if you used this consistently for a year and saw your score drop considerably as you continued to get better learning to read greens, you would a) have gotten a lot out of $100, especially considering how much lessons are, and b) you wouldn't need to subscribe again if you felt like, "ohhhh...so THAT's how you read a green." As this is particularly my weak-point (especially since getting a LAB putter, but that's another story for another time), this app really speaks to me. To those of you complaining about cost - don't buy it. This guy's whole life has been designing a system to help professional golfers read greens - you'd like him to, what, give it away for free? I'm guessing ONE lesson with Ralph would be hilariously more than $100, but...that's just me and my logical brain over here.

we are working on a metric system, sorry we don't go below 7 stimp, each stimp adds/subtracts about 10% of slope so if a 7 is breaking 10 inches a 6 stimp would be 9 inches. Hopefully that helps and your greens have speed up
