Good question! That is a small unfinished area that runs over the porte co·chère. It should probably have a door or some type of cover added before the home is sold.

110% not seeing it either. New construction or not it’s simply at that price point. The house literally abuts a pretty busy street. Champagne tastes that will do well sell on a beer budget.

5m is indeed very high. The location contributes to this. Brentwood is an expensive area, and Williamson country has among the best schools in the region.

That is Granny White Pike. It's not super busy, but I certainly agree. For this price point I would want it to be quieter and a bit more private.
