No picture can possibly capture the whole story of No. 141. Ryan, could you maybe do a video on the differences (pros/cons) of living in a townhouse vs a penthouse/condo. You could include financial aspects, yearly taxes etc. I think it would be helpful for some of us who live overseas, to understand.. Should we ever want to invest in property in NYC

The main financial difference is that single family homes are taxed at a different (much lower) rate than apartments in NYC. In a condo/co-op you are also beholden to any financial decision made by the board for assessments/common charges/maintenance. There are other differences of course, in a building you'll generally find better amenities than in a single family home and aren't personally responsible for big ticket repairs like a roof or plumbing issues, but the taxes are the biggest financial difference- which is also factored into the pricing more often than not.

David Alves, I would prefer to stay in New York. Despite of lack of big spaces in most houses, very expensive real estates, and other issues, there is something VERY SPECIAL about New York and London, that attracts most people
