Very ELEGANT ESTATE! Love the floorplan. Very inviting, huge, modern, contemporary and ...Warm. Unlike some other million dollar properties that looks only fancy mad expensive, this mansion actually looks like a real home. It's somewhere I can see myself living out the rest of my life, for sure.

There’s some really nice and well thought out features like the Main Bedroom Suite and it’s location in relation to the pool. The house could be used at full capacity or by a couple, expanding your movement through it as needed. It’s the trick I’m trying to master in my floor plan designs, I have a way to go 😁

Finally, a developer that understands the core concept of a wine cellar! So many of these wonderful homes have wine "cellars" with tons of windows and natural light. That is about the worst thing for wine!

Those "wine cellars" are just for showing off. I think it is tacky to have an open showcase wine cellar in the living room and/or dining room. But it must be something the rich in LA like. Nearly all the houses have it. As you point out this house has it right. Amazing dining room BTW.
