@@jbennison5672 "Shafted" is all relative. While it's expensive to you, it might not be to others. Especially when you consider the prestige, privacy, amenities, location, and security ... not to mention the resale value. To each his own. Your not liking the price does *_not_* necessarily make it getting "shafted" to someone else. Paying for those services (the ones that aren't included in the price) may be well worth it for someone else. The point of Victoria's channel is to show unique, and amazing Thailand real estate; not judge, or even ask, if you can afford it. You are missing the point. You may not drive a Rolls-Royce because you can't afford one ... Most can't. But, that doesn't mean someone gets "shafted" when they buy one ... *_or_* that they don't enjoy looking at them.

Actually the 12MB for the 75m2 is not that bad considering the style, location and amenities. Compare with Hua Hin Continental and it all looks pretty ok considering.

@@ThatRascalMerlin excessive fees, no matter how wealthy you are means getting shafted. Admittedly I don't know how expensive the fees are, but considering they want 850k for a 3 bed apartment with no pool means it's definitely likely to be a rip off. Do you know what kind of properties you can buy in Europe for that kind of money? Thai developers are just taking the piss now.

Nice condo interior. It's a self contained island of calm and modern conveniences but when viewed in Google Street View the area is not to the same standard and looks congested and dusty. These are not beachfront prices so that puts things in perspective.

Would have loved to see the amenities especially the pool area and restaurants, the prices seem a little on the high side I would have expected sea views for this price. I know you said it’s just a short walk to the beach but that’s where I would want to be, beautiful condo though can’t fault the design and interior decor.

It's small and has a cheap feel to the design, like a 4 star resort where you go with kids.

@@jbennison5672I used to be a interior designer and I can tell you this that the furniture is anything but cheap, I think these properties have been designed for people just taking holidays rather than long term stays and it would be interesting to know if you can rent these properties out because they would make a good money spinner.
