the pending offer 1825 W 24th St have smol 0.3acre land but 0.6acre empty lot around there is listed for 28.5m so guess its alright, arte is like 5 buildings away from the fallen champlain tower

I've got to say that the marketing price is getting a little annoying. All of these feature homes are selling for 25% below that marketed price so why put out a price like that.

I assume you start high to end up at the number you really want. If you start at the number you want people will talk you down and you have no where else to go but down. The first house is pending so someone is about to own it at that price.

I watch a tone of "well built" home videos on KZbin and noticed the actual sale price of a lot of the homes were much lower than the marketed price so I got to wondering if the high price advertised was to somehow make the future buyer feel as if they are buying a much more expensive house that they are actually paying for. Or maybe it just draws in more potential buyers to view the house. I'm glad the seller on that particular home is getting 28.9 that's awesome. Take Care.
