Really smart to extend the tub and sink into the adjacent areas

It was nice but there were a couple of things that stood out more. The black brick fireplace, the kitchen, and the second floor tv room with the contemporary wall treatment! However, I did like the large tile format in the shower and the penny tile. Oh and I have a new nick name for you...The Cary Grant of Realestate!

This house is very pretty on the inside. Those stairs are cool. Very well decorated. That chandelier is kind of unique. It looks like it has fabric coving a bulb. This house has colours and the art pieces are very nice especially those four rectangular black ones. Barring the exterior, this is definitely the best property on this channel.

Another fantastic video Andrei - thanks for all you do and you really bring these properties to life with your walkthroughs and descriptions. One language suggestion: "Moody" is not the right word to describe a feature or atmosphere that makes you feel a certain way - it means sudden or unpredictable emotional swings. You want "Evocative" or "Inspiring" or "Impressive". Again though, amazing job.

I have no idea why I am binge watching these type of videos Andrei, like I can afford one! Isn't it crazy how many rich people live in Chicago?...Every new construction is by default luxury housing now days. And yet these million dollar homes keep popping up like mushrooms after the rain.
@andreisavtchenko3 жыл бұрын
I know why...your subconscious uses it to motivate and fuel your fire. You may not afford one today, but who said you can’t in say, 3 to 5 years?

This didn't wow me as most of your other tours do. I think it's because this is an ultra-modern style of home and I'm not a fan of ultra modern. I understand the wonderful features of it, and for someone mid 30's or so it's perfect. At least there are some beautiful warm wood tones there. It's just me. I'm older and rather a traditionalist I guess. The outdoor spaces are good.

Sorry but for this price most people don’t want to share a wall or floor let alone a HOA! At this price you don’t want wonder if you guests are being too loud for the neighbors or if the high end entertainment system is too loud if you opt to watch a movie at 10pm.
@andreisavtchenko3 жыл бұрын
That’s a drawback of most condos. Great space but at this price point, you do have options including single family homes. Location here is unbelievable.
@DrSteveJ-gd3gn3 жыл бұрын
@@andreisavtchenko I’m in Old Town and at this price point a single family home is a very practical alternative with lots of advantages. In NYC it’s not an option but at this price you can have a single family home between North Ave and Armitage in Lincoln Park. No HOA rules. No noisy neighbors. No one telling you that you can’t hang a Christmas wreath on your door during the holidays. Don’t get me wrong this is right for someone especially in terms of security vs driving into a garage at night to park.

Is it just me but does the interior designers color palate, textures and furniture palate make it look like a drab office building? The paint looks dreadful like 1998-2004 default office building wall color. I love the architecture and even the kitchen and other built ins, but the paint and furniture are heinous and does not do the condo justice.
@IconoclasticFeverDream3 жыл бұрын
also, that is a terrible fireplace

It's either Owner bedroom or Primary bedroom. The term Master bedroom derived from slavery, look into it.

$3M for a One bedroom home. Not sure that makes any sense. This home is all marketing.
