This is a beautiful modern design mansion with a lot of windows. I like the open design living room, dining room and kitchen. I like the white natural stone island kitchen. I like the view of the canal. I like the master bedroom, the two master bathrooms, and the balcony.

Like the location of the garage entry. Amazing cabinetry. Yessssss to the pool bath with entry/exit to the pool. No wet bodies tracking through your home. Quaint breakfast nook. Yessss to the elevator. A lovely one too. The office is bedroom size. First guest room with en-suite. The outdoor living is amazing. A smidge small but well designed. Ample seating. Kitchen. More seating with fire pit on the water. Ohhhhh. Alex is there too. Ok. I see now how you do. The stairs are lovely but too many. Elevator please. 🤣. Spacious loft/flex space with balcony. Spacious guest rooms. Yesssss. Proper sized laundry room with sink, cabinets, counter and dog wash. The primary en-suite. Omg. Wait.
