This home is just stunning! I love its elegant yet minimal look. Everything fits so well. The driveway feels like you have to go through a jungle to get to your home which is everything I love.

Your narrative & Excellent Tour never disappoint as Always watching them makes you feel we are there with you in this tours...what really stands out to me besides from The views, Amazing Space & Spacious bedrooms & That Amazing rooftop deck..I can't not mention that Moss wall & That Blue Mable shower in the Master bedroom that alone made me love it & that blue is a stunning color, the best blue we seen for sure. This is a nice well design home. very solid one. ❤💯

Amazing home, although the reverse floor plan isn't practical. Maybe for some, they wouldn't mind the main living space below the home via all those stairs. For entry convience, I'd definitely pass on it.

Fantastic rooftop deck! But unless I missed it, I didn't see an elevator. So when you park in the garage and carry your groceries in, you have to walk/trip/tumble down the stairs to take it to the kitchen, then trek back up the stairs to get the rest of the groceries from your trunk? For a home emphasizing minimal effort with the sliding doors, that seems like a big miss to not have the garage closer to the kitchen.

Love the videos. I have one critique… when Darren tells us to look up at something like @ 10:11 when he says “look up to the ceiling” etc it would be very helpful if the camera could pan up to the ceiling so we could see what he is describing. I have noticed this in a few other videos and it really bugs me. Please work on it. Thanks

I think his previous cameraman (Raul?) was much more in sync with him. I also think he should be saying right/left/in front/behind etc. as we see it - meaning the camera. He makes it too much about himself. He shouldn’t be saying I/me/my so much. It’s extremely off putting. That’s why I’m no longer subscribed, I just look him up every few weeks instead of having him in my feed.

What this house is still not sold ? I saw tour of this house around a year ago at that time asking price was 26 million now its 23 . I fell in love with this house at first sight dont know why people are not buying it

If you look up the address it did sell in April 2024 for $23 million to a rental company.

@@sarahsaeedshaikh731 The house is not for sale. Darren implies that the house is $23 million because that is what somebody already payed for it. It is for rent only. The rental company is listed in the description.

Where is the elevator? Where is the entertainment area with pool table, football table? Where is the spa section with sauna, steam room, massage room, chromotherapy and aromatherapy showers, horizontal chromotherapy showers for reclining massage and cloakroom? Where are the smart toilets in the bathrooms and the powder room? Designer placed a tv on a support stand on the roof terrace to hides the panoramic view of the city, he doesn't know that there is on the market a C Seed folding tv that disappears into the floor or folds into a reclining sculpture and looks as decoration!? He also placed a small tv in the living space! Then, in this corner instead of the gorilla sculpture, he should have put a Teckell Adagio pendulum floor clock made of glass and white Carrara marble, which costs $50k-$60k dollars or Steinway & Sons Noé Limited Edition piano painted in ivory white finish with figured sycamore, which costs $300k, what a much better choice than that children's toy!
