No outdoor BBQ grill for the outdoor kitchen or built-in espresso machine in the kitchen? Those seem fairly typical for homes with a much lower price than this home? Is there a pool bathroom? Looked like a door behind the outdoor kitchen but you didn't show what was in it or mention what it was, so I'm assuming it's either a pool bath or just extra storage.

Hey Jp. Wow. 10,000 sq ft +. 10 car garage. Water feature. So much glass. The bridge. Well Jp, anyone that can purchase this amazing and unique home will have staff or a cleaning company for all this glass walls etc. Patio space truly seamless. Beautiful Mountain View’s. Love the bar 🍺🍸🥃🍷🍹🧉🍾🥂with glass floor to visualize the wine cellar . That’s some aquarium. Agreed, unique sink in the 1/2 bath. Beautiful shower in the office. Beautiful sleek kitchen and butler’s pantry. Glass for a backsplash 🤔. Should be easy cleaning from splatter. Surprised no railing on the side of that outdoor kitchen. Amazing primary suite/showroom closet. Agreed Jp; the bathroom is breathtaking. Stone heaven. Oh. Closet 2 for her 😏. The 1st was his. The lower level is amazing. Gym with sauna and shower. Wine cellar with ladder. Family and guest room/10 car garage/open atrium/media🎥 room. Laundry room. Surprised there isn’t another laundry room on the primary level. Agreed. You've toured a lot of homes. I feel like by now you should know the types of stones used in these builds. For example in the primary bathroom (and other areas of the home) the stone used is Travertine. I think if you start adding more details to the walkthroughs it would benefit your channel.

Usually, I am congratulating you about the flow of the videos. In most cases I get a good sense of the properties you are showcasing. However, the editing and the camera work of the video was difficult to follow. The camera was static and did not show live the areas you were talking about and it had to transition to other takes. I did not have a good idea how you went from the office to the kitchen and the family room. Because this house has an open concept, def the issue was with the framing. The frame focused too much on you and not the space .
