Looks like a really well thought out home. Love the internal windows that allow a view through the downstairs spaces, makes the downstairs seem really light too. All the finishes seem to be very good quality, the only thing I dislike is the position of the bathroom and en-suite as I really have an issue with bathrooms without windows but apart from that, it’s lovely.

This is a beautiful home. It being a 2 bed I was worried that is would be congested and small but it is well laid out. A bit expensive for 2 bed but I guess that is location. This is a really nice home.

Gorgeous and well-appointed with so many thoughtful details like the shower valve! Normally, I like the living area in the front of the house with an open layout for the kitchen and living area. However, this layout is lovely, as the glass panels makes it feel open. My only change would be to enlarge the kitchen by making the living room slightly smaller.

Fab blog!! Can you please routinely add into your descriptions the floor plans with dimensions. Also please continue to reinforce the internal area in sqft so its easy to compare. Keep up the great work I absolutely love watching these blogs.

From what I've heard, countryside don't do options so the quality of finishes you see in the show home is what you'll be getting... Including spot lights, full tiling etc The range of developers and house styles in Ebbsfleet Garden City is also really interesting.
