I think there should've been two elevators. Because from the primary suite. You have to walk all the way down pass the stairs and the front door outside in your pajamas. Then pass through into the garage to access the elevator from the top level if you can't get down or don't feel like taking the stairs. An extra elevator wouldn't have been a huge stretch. Especially at that hefty price tag. And if it landed near that chef's kitchen. It could've been like getting room service using a mobile cart which would've been a nice touch as well. Could’ve even been one of those vacuum tube elevators. If they didn’t wanna go full brigade. But still an amazing house!

$68,000,000 houses apparently don't sell very well in Bel Air. Enes did this house six months ago and now they've reduced it by three million. Too many geegaws and gadgets in this place. Even if I had $65,000,000 to spend on a house, it wouldn't be this one.

What causes me some strangeness when I see these very expensive mansions is that in many of them there are several things of dubious taste and others of extreme bad taste... Apart from so many unnecessary things. I think if I had a lot of money I would never live in houses like this. I would have something much simpler and mainly practical.

Well it's a lot of steel, cantilevered with no support columns. And it swings out wide and spans multiple stories. I could see it costing over 250k but not 1.5m. It also could've been overbuilt to accommodate the potential of a crowd jumping on it at a party

So you get up in the morning and have a coffee on your lounge which is in the bathroom with a view of your toilet. LUXURY! And that photo of a cave next to the factory seconds bathtub is the single most tacky feature I have ever seen. This is what you do if you live in a 60 grand apartment under a railway road so you can PRETEND you have money...... Although the "bamboo grove" comes a pretty close second. And you get great views of all the people who live across the valley, who can all see right through every room at night giving you zero privacy or no view at all. It's like the kid who tells lies to show off. As Clarkson (English comedy show host) would say, "it's all shirt and no trousers". JP, you should fly to Marbella, Spain and tour some actual luxury homes that are designed to be lived in. This place is a nightclub posing as a house. A faker. A fraud. And if you do have 68 million to show off a concrete box, there are actually some much nicer homes in much nicer areas for much less money. This place wreaks of cheap solutions, a quick design process and many built in mistakes and obvious pieces shoved in to fill gaps rather than redesigning features so they fit. It's lipstick on a pig. It demonstrates almost everything that's wrong in America right now. Greed is not good, Showing off is not classy. And Capitalism does not make for a better society. And asking big money on a house that under the surface is a cut price special is quite evil. I guess they're hoping a new money celebrity or rapper will fall for their scheme. Maybe an MMA fighter whose not got too many brain cells left. Who would pay 25 million for this, let alone 68 million???? Just awful. No class. No style. No substance. Just a wank. Built by a developer with a quick flip mentality and greed as a motivation. And it shows.
