The design of this house is really great. It uses fashionable line design and uses glass curtain walls instead of walls in a large area. Natural light is guaranteed, close to nature and embracing life.

Hello Maro team! Great house! You may like the modern shape of the building. There is a lichen on the wall called "Caribou Moss" (Polish: Chrobotek reniferowy), a maintenance-free plant, it draws water from the air and cleans itself. Personally, I only miss one thing - the view of the sea. Greetings to all the Marogang in the world.

As usual great home with very modern lines, the detail I loved the most is how the landscape and the interior designers matched the terraces with the outside, plants, stones and gravel matched deckchairs, wooden floors and terrain. Hi there Maro Brothers, another very nice home in Southern Spain. Just one thing missing, a spa/sauna room, to me mandatory in any luxury home of this size. I am sure one of the bedrooms or the apartment could be converted. Still a very nice home.

nice house, no doubt. clean design, but very weird layout. and therefore, unfortunately, it doesn't seem all too practical. that living room is weird, and the gym location is weird too, but has a very nice view. speaking of: that is the best aspect (see what I did there?) of the house. if I had the money, I'd buy the house as a weekend getaway, and just enjoy that stunner of a view. what never fails though, is the presentation. you guys rock, you're the awesomest, the kings of kings etc, we've said it all before. just continue what you're doing :D

Best climate in Europe would be somewhere with 4 perfectly changing seasons. That is the life I love. Climate change is f'cking everything up though and in several decades most places will have just a Marbella-light climate. I hope Marbella takes measures to have enough water in the future...

Eure Präsentation war sehr gut. Für das Haus hätte ich jedoch keine Verwendung - so viel ungenutzter Raum und wo es darauf ankommt (Wohnzimmer, Küche, ...) ist es viel zu eng. Die Krönung der Fehlplanung ist das Gästeschlafzimmer mit der Säule neben dem Bett ... Aber wie man den anderen Kommentaren entnehmen kann, gibt es sogar für dieses Haus reichlich Liebhaber - halt alles Geschmacksache.

Nice garden area. I was a bit surprised, however, by the design of the bedframe that gets crushed by the wall unit (18:28). This approach feels a bit clostrophobic, because the elements are too close together so they don't have enough room to "breathe". Instead of a cupboard there should just be white space in my opinion.

First of all, I do like the house design. But the layout is a disaster. Every room looks poky and the low ceilings don‘t help at all. It gives you a feeling that you can‘t breath. Where are the 4.000 m2 of land? And the few tiny outdoor spaces are sealed with stones. Rest of the garden looks a bit untended.
