@@DarrenKriz The basement was nice but the backyard was very private with everything one needs…That pizza oven was a nice touch The pool was decent but the cherry on top was triple fall..Staging was on point… If I would buy this I would negotiate to get staging in the purchase but replace blankets with same or similar styles since the property probably had a few open houses prior…

My favorite feature of the home is the design elements such as the light fixtures, faucets, and building materials. Favorite room is the master bedroom for sure. Plenty of space plus 2 balconies as well as his and hers bathrooms and closets. Definitely a dream home of mine 🤙🏾

Continuation of great homes always such a pleasure to watch. Some people will have different opnion regarding this home, but for me what i love about it is just the word simplistic, from the wooden element to a great tone of color..The unique & layout designed it is a very very nice change.... love the kitchen, the hidden butlers pantry, outdoor side yard, the beckyard, guest home, the movie theather & not to mention that beautiful master bedroom & with the biggest closets ( his & hers ) This is Another nice touch. I dont know what else is missing if you live in here? Lovely presentation & tour Darren, i love your soft approach & calmer voice. I also Enjoyed Ryan's input while getting a nice feedback from him. Thank you always, can't wait for more to come. ❤💯

This house is absolutely beautiful, very subdued. I could see why some would say it's boring because of the color of the stone being used everywhere and the furniture that matches it, but it's very tasteful. You can clearly see why it costs 17M and it's (unlike most houses) is worth every penny. The quality here can't be denied.
