The house is nice but I've spotted several small issues. 1. No natural lighting. In the sunny hot day, the inside of the house will be dark if the electric lights aren't turned on. 2. There are no step-free zones. Someone with a wheelchair cannot enter the house and if they do enter, cannot really go anywhere because of stairs, narrow corridors. 3. Too much air conditioning in the open. I can see split units, standing AC's and fans. All these are telling me that the house wasn't built with natural cooling in mind. If these units break, the house will be very hot. 4. You are into wines, your wine cellar isn't temperature controlled. 5. For the size of the house, the kitchen is on the small side. These are very tiny issues. The house is actually beautiful and big.
