That's because most of the stuff in their model homes they don't offer. Finishes you can't get, mill work they don't offer, structures they don't offer. It's a total bait and switch. What you actually get with Toll Brothers is a white box with some Home Depot level fixtures. Toll Brothers is the worst for bait and switch

Put my dinning area where the living room is and living room where the dinning room who wants to walk from the kitchen all the way to the front door to serve their guess? Put my sink near the window and put large windows seats in all the bed rooms and for all that money no share bathrooms I don't want a house if I have to pay a half a body and then pay the other half to finish my basement no thanks I'm good.

Georgia construction, in general, is very bland unless its fully custom. You won't find much variation from builder to builder.
