How old is this house? My guess is 20 years. But i like wood mix with white and back side it looks private, what is the next 15 year plan? Becouse if u get more houses block the view 8.8 is way to expensive. What is resale time and vlaue?

I don't think large parking lot is a factor for most buyers as they come here mostly for vacations, and commuting would be arranged with hired drivers. You need to be willing to spend a lot extra (home maintenance, etc.) to consider buying this property in first place. I guess it isn't for ordinary millionares, but for people with probably $200M+ net asset with willingness to buy multiple vacation homes around the world. The transactional price depends on how much the buyer likes the Thai culture, the view and how much s/he values the resort environment.
